Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Business Applications (Hybrid)
Weedmaps is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the integration of AI technologies across its enterprise business applications. This role involves developing and executing an AI-focused roadmap to enhance platforms such as Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Namely, aiming to automate complex workflows and improve data consistency. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in Austin, TX.
Key responsibilities include identifying manual bottlenecks in Finance, HR, and Sales processes and designing AI-driven automation solutions. The role involves prototyping functional AI agents using tools like Cursor and Replit to validate interactions with enterprise APIs. Additionally, the position requires defining operational standards for AI outputs and curating definitive datasets to evaluate AI performance in real-world scenarios.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, with a proven track record in delivering impactful features within Salesforce, FinancialForce, or Namely ecosystems. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for prototyping is mandatory, along with a deep understanding of large language model constraints and experience integrating retrieval-augmented generation implementations into business workflows. Expertise in Salesforce AI (Einstein) or Namely, and knowledge of Order-to-Cash transformation and revenue operations are also required.
The base salary for this position ranges from $177,441 to $193,800 per year.
