Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Business Applications (Remote)
The Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Business Applications at Weedmaps leads the integration of artificial intelligence across the company's enterprise systems. The position serves as a critical bridge between emerging AI capabilities and real-world business impact within platforms like Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Namely.
Key responsibilities include owning and prioritizing an AI roadmap that enhances SaaS ecosystems and internal business process automation. The role involves partnering with Finance, HR, and Sales units to identify manual bottlenecks, such as in Order-to-Cash processes, and designing AI-driven automation solutions. Additionally, the position requires building and iterating functional prototypes using AI-native tools to validate AI agent interactions with enterprise APIs. Defining operational standards for AI outputs and curating definitive datasets to evaluate AI performance are also essential duties.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, with a proven track record in delivering high-impact features within Salesforce, FinancialForce, or Namely ecosystems. Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to create prototypes is mandatory, along with an understanding of large language model constraints and experience integrating retrieval-augmented generation into business workflows. Deep experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein) or Namely, and knowledge of Order-to-Cash transformation and revenue operations, are also required.
The base pay range for this position is $194,200 to $214,704 per year.
