Staff Software Developer, Mobile
As a Staff Software Developer, Mobile at Slice, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our mobile applications that connect local pizzerias with customers nationwide. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality, user-friendly mobile solutions that support our mission to empower independent pizzerias through innovative technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define app features, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring the performance and responsiveness of applications. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, with proficiency in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android. Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus. A deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment are also required.
