Candidates should possess over five years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or threat intelligence environment. A deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to convey them without excessive jargon is crucial. The role requires a passion for staying updated on current cybersecurity events and adversary trends. Experience with AI tools to enhance workflows, a collaborative mindset, and strong self-motivation are also important qualities.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000, along with bonuses and equity options.
