Store Manager (WM), Budapest

As a Store Manager at Wolt Market in Budapest, you will lead one of our innovative grocery stores, delivering exceptional convenience and customer experience. Wolt Market is our own chain of stores that allows customers across Hungary to order groceries and have them delivered swiftly to their doorstep. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and redefining the future of grocery shopping in Hungary.

In this position, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellence in freshness, inventory management, and stock control. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12-18 employees, including Shift Leads and Grocery Associates, fostering an environment where they can perform at their best. Key responsibilities include managing shift schedules, optimizing staffing levels to meet logistical demands, and collaborating with various Wolt functions to enhance store offerings and maintain product quality.

We are seeking candidates with proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate others. While experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, capable of multitasking, proactive, and service-minded. A can-do attitude and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are essential. Additionally, being data-driven and analytical, with a professional working proficiency in English, is required.
