Store Manager (WM)

As a Store Manager at Wolt Market in Tbilisi, Georgia, you will lead one of our innovative grocery stores that deliver exceptional convenience and customer experience. Wolt Market is expanding rapidly, and this role is pivotal to our growth in Georgia. You will have a significant influence on shaping the operations of your store, contributing to the future of grocery shopping.

Your primary responsibilities include leading, growing, and motivating a team to create an environment where colleagues can perform their best and enjoy their work. You will consistently improve store operations with the support of the Operations Team, focusing on fast delivery and efficient processes. Additionally, you will participate in internal and external meetings, collaborate with other functions at Wolt to ensure a well-curated product selection, monitor shrink levels to control food waste, manage shift scheduling, handle incoming goods and store orders, and oversee all aspects necessary for rapid growth, from ordering office supplies to IT devices.

We are seeking candidates with leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to motivate others. Experience in grocery store operations is a plus. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with multitasking abilities, proactive, service-minded, and possesses a can-do attitude suited for a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Being tech-savvy, able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends, and having a data-driven and analytical mindset are essential. Fluency in Georgian and a conversational level of English are required.
