Store Manager (WM)

Wolt is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its Wolt Market stores in Athens, Greece. This role is integral to Wolt's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through its rapidly expanding grocery delivery service. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational success and growth of the store within the dynamic environment of Wolt Market.

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading, growing, and motivating a team, fostering an environment where colleagues can perform at their best and enjoy their work. Key responsibilities include improving store operations in collaboration with the Operations Team, participating in internal and external meetings, ensuring a well-curated product selection, monitoring shrink levels to minimize waste, managing shift scheduling, handling incoming goods and orders, and overseeing all aspects necessary for the store's rapid growth, such as procuring office supplies and IT equipment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate others. Experience in the grocery sector is advantageous. The role requires a fast learner capable of multitasking, a proactive and service-minded attitude, and a can-do approach suited to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency in technology, flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and a data-driven, analytical mindset are essential. Fluency in Greek and a working knowledge of English are required.
