Store Manager (WM)

Wolt is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its Wolt Market stores in Turku, Finland. This role is integral to Wolt's mission of delivering exceptional convenience and customer experience through its own grocery stores. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the operations within the city, contributing significantly to the company's growth in Finland.

The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring product freshness, managing inventory, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a team, managing shift schedules, handling incoming goods, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a well-curated product selection. Additionally, the role involves monitoring shrink levels and implementing strategies to minimize food waste.

Candidates should possess previous leadership experience and demonstrate the ability to motivate others. A proactive and service-minded attitude is essential, along with the capacity to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in technology and data analysis is required to drive operational improvements. While experience in the grocery sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in Finnish and English is necessary for effective communication.
