Store Manager
As a Store Manager at Wolt, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our store operations in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Wolt is a technology company that began in 2014 with restaurant food delivery and has since expanded to deliver a wide range of products across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash to continue its global expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of one of the most advanced retail markets in the world.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of approximately 20 pickers and shift leads, overseeing work schedules, recruitment, training, and the overall employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing bonus programs and ensuring target achievement. Additionally, you will monitor inventory, including reporting, packaging, and picking key performance indicators (KPIs), while ensuring product quality, freshness, availability, and ratings. Maintaining regular communication with suppliers and headquarters for order and stock management, working with reports and computer systems, driving operational improvements, and ensuring a safe, clean, and high-quality work environment are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing a store, smart warehouse, or logistics center. Strong technological aptitude and the ability to work with reports and performance monitoring are essential. Full proficiency in Hebrew and English is required. This is a full-time position, with availability needed from Sunday to Thursday. The role is open to all genders.
