Store Operations Associate - Chania (WM)

Wolt is seeking both full-time and part-time Store Operations Associates to join their Wolt Market team in Chania, Greece. As a rapidly expanding technology company, Wolt specializes in delivering a wide range of products, aiming to enhance convenience and customer satisfaction. In this position, responsibilities include processing orders through the Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additional duties involve unloading deliveries from vendors and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are proactive, quick learners with the ability to multitask effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts—including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—is essential, as Wolt Market operates daily from 08:00 to 00:00. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, fluency in Greek and the legal right to work in Greece are mandatory.
