Store Operations Associate - Peristeri

Wolt is seeking a part-time Store Operations Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Peristeri, Greece. As a Store Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, contributing to our mission of delivering convenience and quality to our customers.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems that contain precise information about nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the overall order and cleanliness of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking effectively. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires working in shifts during mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—our Wolt Market operates from 07:00 to 00:00, seven days a week. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in Greek and the legal right to work in Greece are required.
