The Store Supervisor at Studs plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the studio, acting as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently. As a Studio Supervisor, you will be responsible for opening and closing the studio, supporting floor leadership during peak periods, and ensuring a consistent customer and brand experience. You will also set the tone on the floor by modeling our values, reinforcing service standards, and supporting operational execution. This is a non-managerial role that requires maturity, ownership, and leadership by example.
