Strategic Account Executive
The Strategic Account Executive at Canva is a pivotal role within the Sales and Success team, focusing on empowering organizations to design through Canva Enterprise. This hybrid position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility to work from home or the office. The team collaborates closely with various departments, including Product and Marketing, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
In this role, you will lead data-driven account planning to identify and engage potential customers, manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecasts using Salesforce, and craft compelling narratives to guide clients through personalized journeys. Your expertise in Canva's product suite will enable you to address complex business challenges and provide creative solutions. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and internal teams is essential, as is simplifying complex situations into clear, customer-ready materials.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of full-cycle selling experience, particularly with large, global accounts within the technology sector. A proven track record in managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, is crucial. Strong skills in navigating complex business challenges, creating detailed strategic plans, and leading successful negotiations are required. The ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders, especially in face-to-face meetings, is also important.
Compensation for this role includes an annual salary ranging from USD 316,000 to USD 367,000, along with equity packages, health benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, and an inclusive parental leave policy.
