The position is remote, requiring residence in Mexico and travel to customer sites as needed.

The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key prospects, consistently achieving and surpassing performance targets, and collaborating with sales leadership to refine country-specific strategies. Additional duties include providing tailored recommendations based on client needs, negotiating contract terms, proactively addressing customer issues, and staying abreast of market trends to offer consultative insights.

Candidates should possess over four years of successful experience in full-cycle B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals. Essential skills include strong interpersonal abilities, technical aptitude, and attention to detail. A proactive "hunter" mentality, commitment to outbound prospecting, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and Slack are also required. Experience in industries such as trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance, or safety is advantageous.
