Strategic Consultant

Greenhouse is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join its Customer Success and Professional Services teams. This role focuses on managing complex strategic enablement projects, including system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management. The consultant will work closely with Greenhouse's largest and fastest-growing customers to enhance their workflows and recruiting strategies.
