The position is based in Washington, D.C., offering a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays.
In this role, you will recruit, qualify, and activate government contractors and channel partners to broaden Everlaw's reach. You will develop and execute joint partner plans with clear agency targets, contract vehicles, pursuit goals, timelines, and measurable success metrics. Collaborating with Public Sector Account Executives, you will identify opportunities before formal RFP/RFI releases and coordinate partner participation throughout the procurement process. Additionally, you will assist partners in positioning Everlaw’s platform, public-sector use cases, security posture, AI capabilities, and implementation models. Managing operational processes such as account mapping, pipeline reviews, deal registration, and quarterly business reviews will be essential to ensure forecast confidence. You will also drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Legal, Finance, Security, and Marketing to streamline and close qualified pursuits.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in public-sector partnerships, government contracting, channel sales, alliances, or capture management. Direct experience working with government contractors, primes, resellers, systems integrators, or public-sector service providers is essential. A strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes, including contract vehicles, prime/subcontractor relationships, RFP/RFI cycles, and agency buying processes, is required. A proven track record of translating partner relationships into qualified pipelines, pursuit participation, and measurable revenue outcomes is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and effective alignment with internal sales teams, contractor sellers, and technical stakeholders are crucial. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; please note that Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

Eligibility for the commission portion is performance-based and subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics. The role is also eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, learning and development support, home internet reimbursement, and a desk setup stipend.
