Strategic Partnership Lead, Healthcare
The Strategic Partnership Lead, Healthcare, will serve as the primary liaison at Duke Health, a leading academic medical center located in Durham, North Carolina. This role involves acting as a consultative advisor to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive AI transformation from initial discovery through scaled implementation. The position is integral to Trase, an AI-focused incubation under Red Cell Partners, which specializes in deploying and managing AI solutions in regulated environments.
Key responsibilities include engaging with C-suite, clinical, operational, IT, academic, and research leaders to understand strategic priorities across various service lines and aligning them with Trase's agentic AI capabilities. The role requires building business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize AI use cases, partnering with product and engineering teams to translate partner needs into scoped engagements, and navigating complex legal, procurement, compliance, and IT governance processes within large health systems. Additionally, the position involves structuring and negotiating Statements of Work, ensuring all AI deployments adhere to institutional safety standards and data privacy regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare partnerships, AI technologies, and project management within complex organizational structures. Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders, developing strategic roadmaps, and managing change within healthcare settings is essential. Proficiency in navigating regulatory environments and a deep understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows are also required.
