Studio Coach - Rochester, MN

In this role, Studio Coaches are responsible for delivering exceptional workshop experiences, engaging members with weekly behavior change curricula, and building strong community connections through social platforms. They focus on member engagement, retention, new member recruitment, and product sales, representing WeightWatchers at internal and external community events. Coaches provide behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported, responding to members’ posts with purpose, encouraging reflection, learning, problem-solving, and action planning.

Candidates should be social media savvy or content creators, passionate about wellness, and either current WeightWatchers members or excited to become one. Excellent active listening skills are essential to provide members with assistance. Experience in facilitating groups is preferred, and the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory is required. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule.

The base salary for this role ranges from $18 to $21 USD per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
