A key focus will be on member recruitment and retention, achieved by building relationships and providing the necessary support, tools, or products to help members succeed. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to workshop guidelines and maintain the studio, including stocking shelves with products.

Ideal candidates should have a passion for wellness, with a preference for current WeightWatchers members or those eager to become one. Strong active listening skills are crucial for assisting members effectively. Being social media savvy or a content creator is advantageous, as is the ability to travel to various workshop locations within the territory. A flexible, part-time schedule is also desirable. Compensation ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with variations based on skills, experience, and location. The role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
