Studio Coach Support - Bowling Green, KY
WeightWatchers, a global leader in digital health and the world's top doctor-recommended weight management program, is seeking a Studio Coach Support for their Bowling Green, KY location. This role is part of the Field Team, which includes Coaches and Guides dedicated to fostering in-person communities at Studio locations. The Studio Coach Support will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting members in their wellness journeys.
In this position, the Studio Coach Support will be responsible for delivering an exceptional studio experience by managing member check-ins, enrolling and processing members into the system, and maintaining the studio's appearance. They will build strong community connections by seeking opportunities to establish on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and represent WeightWatchers at internal and external events. Additionally, the role involves focusing on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and providing necessary support, tools, or products to ensure member success.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for wellness, be current WeightWatchers members or eager to become one, and possess excellent active listening skills to assist members effectively. Being social media savvy or a content creator is advantageous. The role requires the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory and an interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.
Compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. The position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
