This role is integral to the Field Team, which comprises Coaches and Guides dedicated to fostering inclusive in-person communities at Studio locations. The Studio Coach Support will play a pivotal role in connecting with members and creating a welcoming environment that promotes healthy habits.
In this position, the Studio Coach Support will be responsible for delivering an exceptional studio experience by managing member check-ins, enrolling and processing members into the system, and maintaining the studio environment, including stocking shelves with products. The role also involves building strong community connections by seeking opportunities to establish on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and enhance brand awareness through representation at internal and external community events. Additionally, the Studio Coach Support will focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships with members and providing them with the support, tools, or products they need to succeed.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for wellness and be either current WeightWatchers members or enthusiastic about becoming one. Strong active listening skills are essential to effectively assist members. Proficiency in social media or content creation is beneficial, as is the ability to travel to various workshop locations within the territory. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule, accommodating individuals seeking work-life balance.
The compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with the exact rate depending on skills, experience, and location. The position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
