In this position, you will deliver an exceptional studio experience by creating a welcoming environment for members, including check-ins and processing enrollments. Building strong community connections is key, involving seeking opportunities to establish on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and enhance brand awareness through participation in internal and external events. A significant aspect of the role is focusing on member recruitment and retention by building relationships and providing the necessary support, tools, or products to help members succeed. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to workshop guidelines and maintain the studio, including stocking shelves with products.
Ideal candidates should be passionate about wellness, with a preference for current WeightWatchers members or those eager to become one. Excellent active listening skills are essential to effectively assist members. Being social media savvy or a content creator is advantageous. The role requires the ability to travel to various workshop locations within the territory and an interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. The position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
