In this part-time position, Studio Coach Support is responsible for delivering an exceptional studio experience by creating a welcoming environment for members. This includes tasks such as checking in members, enrolling and processing them in the system, and ensuring the studio is well-maintained, including stocking shelves with products. The role also involves building strong community connections by seeking opportunities to establish on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and represent WeightWatchers at internal and external community events. Additionally, the position focuses on member recruitment and retention through relationship building, providing support, tools, and products to help members succeed.
Candidates should have a passion for wellness and be either current WeightWatchers members or enthusiastic about becoming one. Excellent active listening skills are essential to effectively assist members. Being social media savvy or a content creator is advantageous, as is the ability to travel to various workshop locations within the territory. A flexible, part-time schedule is required to accommodate the needs of the studio and its members.
