Strong active listening skills are essential to effectively assist members. Being social media savvy or a content creator is advantageous. The role requires the ability to travel to various workshop locations within the territory and an interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. The role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
