The Studio Coach Support role at WeightWatchers in Topeka, Kansas, is integral to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for members at our Studio location. As part of our Field Team, you will collaborate with Coaches and Guides to build inclusive in-person communities that inspire members to develop healthy habits. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include delivering an exceptional studio experience by managing member check-ins, enrolling new members, and processing them into our system. You will actively engage with the local community to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and enhance brand awareness through participation in internal and external events. Additionally, you will focus on member recruitment and retention by building strong relationships, providing necessary support, and ensuring members have access to the tools and products they need to succeed. Maintaining studio operations, such as stocking shelves with products and ensuring adherence to workshop guidelines, will also be part of your daily tasks.

Ideal candidates should have a passion for wellness and be either current WeightWatchers members or enthusiastic about becoming one. Strong active listening skills are essential to effectively assist members. Proficiency in social media or content creation is beneficial for community engagement. The role requires the ability to travel to various workshop locations within the designated territory and offers a flexible, part-time schedule.
