Supervisor Data Strategy Consultant (Mensch)
The Supervisor Data Strategy Consultant role at WPP Media involves developing and implementing data strategies in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to realize data-driven solutions. The primary responsibility is to maximize the value of client data assets while maintaining consumer trust and data privacy.
Key responsibilities include leading the development of advanced data strategies for media activities, focusing on first-party data, data partnerships, and data enablement. The consultant will advise clients on creating and implementing comprehensive first-party data strategies, ensuring consumer trust and data privacy. Additionally, the role involves identifying and evaluating strategic data assets, overseeing their onboarding to enrich client data across innovative platforms and media channels. The consultant will also facilitate the optimal integration of data signals into media and creative strategies throughout the planning and activation process. Serving as a strategic advisor for AdTech projects, the consultant will provide proactive insights and foster a deeper understanding of client backgrounds. Furthermore, the role includes establishing thought leadership by developing pioneering points of view and actively promoting knowledge within the team.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable technical education. They possess at least five years of experience in media data strategies and/or the activation of biddable media (search, social, programmatic), along with proven expertise in AdTech. The candidate should have excellent and practical knowledge of data privacy regulations, best practices in data activation, and digital marketing strategies. Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to independently lead data strategy projects, and effective collaboration are essential. Comprehensive knowledge of MarTech solutions and data management platforms (CDPs, CRM) is required. Fluency in both German and English, in both written and spoken forms, is necessary.
