Support Associate (French Speaking)
Wolt is seeking a French-speaking Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Budapest, Hungary. As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery operations by providing exceptional support to our customers, courier partners, and venues located in Luxembourg. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing technology company dedicated to enhancing urban living through innovative solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone, ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly. You will collaborate closely with the support team and other departments to develop and enhance our support functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. You should be a fast learner, capable of multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. As this is an onsite position, candidates must be able to work from our office located near Nyugati Square in Budapest.
