Support Associate (Full-time & Students) - Ljubljana
Wolt is seeking a Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Ljubljana. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support to our users and partners. This position offers both full-time and student opportunities, with flexible shifts between 06:45 and 01:00, including weekends and holidays.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to customers and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will work together to communicate and troubleshoot potential problems, including technical challenges, that may arise during your shift. Effective communication is key, as you will interact seamlessly with users and partners, adapting your tone to meet individual needs. Creativity is encouraged, as we value a personal touch in our interactions. Additionally, you will focus on achieving goals by completing tasks efficiently and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both Slovenian and English, with prior experience in a similar role and a passion for working in our award-winning customer support team. You should be a quick learner with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture. Multitasking is essential, as you will handle multiple interactions simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
