You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our services, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational success.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the local language and professional working proficiency in English are essential. Candidates should be prepared to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our support operates seven days a week.
