Support Associate / Kundenservice (m/w/d) in Teilzeit / Werkstudierende (Englisch C1 und Deutsch C1)

Wolt is seeking a Support Associate (m/w/d) in Teilzeit / Werkstudierende to join our team in Berlin-Friedrichshain. As part of our Live Operations team, you will engage with Wolt users—including customers, couriers, and restaurant partners—to provide exceptional support and ensure a seamless experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment within a rapidly growing tech company.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include handling live chats with users, proactively monitoring order volumes using internal tools, and collaborating closely with other teams to maintain smooth delivery operations. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our support functions by providing feedback and insights based on user interactions.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills in both German and English at a C1 level, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred. As this position involves shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, flexibility in scheduling is essential.
