Support Associate (Part-time)

Wolt is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a leading technology company, Wolt specializes in delivering a wide range of products, from restaurant meals to everyday essentials, across numerous cities worldwide. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, courier partners, and merchant partners.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing real-time support via live chat and phone, addressing inquiries from customers, couriers, and venues. Your duties will include monitoring delivery operations to ensure efficiency and collaborating with various teams to enhance our support functions. Your proactive approach will contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team. You should be a quick learner, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Lithuanian and professional proficiency in English are required. Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential, as our support operates seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary of EUR 779 during the 3-month probation period, increasing to EUR 925 thereafter.
