Support Associate
As a Support Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our dynamic support team, dedicated to ensuring seamless delivery operations. Wolt is a Helsinki-based technology company that connects consumers, merchants, and couriers through our online platform, facilitating the delivery of a wide range of products. Since our inception in 2014, we have expanded to over 500 cities across 30 countries, continually striving to enhance urban living by empowering local communities.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone, ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly. You will also contribute to the development of our support function by collaborating with the support team and other departments within Wolt to enhance our services.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Icelandic and English is required, both written and spoken. Additionally, candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as our support operates seven days a week. The position is based in our Reykjavik office, and remote work is not available.
