Support Associate

Wolt is seeking full-time Support Associates to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, restaurant partners, and courier partners. This position requires working on-site in Athens and includes weekend shifts to support our 24/7 operations.

In this role, you will handle customer, venue partner, and courier partner support through chat and phone communications. Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the high service standards that Wolt is known for. Collaborating with team members and other departments, you will help identify and address any operational challenges.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing or logistics roles and is eager to join our award-winning support team. You should be a fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Athens' food scene and geography is beneficial. Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English are required.
