Support Associate

Wolt is seeking full-time Support Associates to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless delivery operations by providing exceptional support to our customers, courier partners, and venue partners. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to enhancing the delivery experience across multiple markets.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone support, ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly, and collaborating with the support team and other departments to continuously improve our support functions. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with a personal touch, a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both Bulgarian and English is required. Candidates must be able to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our support services operate seven days a week. Additionally, the role requires working directly from our office in Sofia.
