Support Associate
As a Support Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our dynamic support team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers and partners. Wolt is a technology company that started in 2014 with the delivery of restaurant food and has since expanded to offer the delivery of almost everything, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, continuing to dream big and expand globally.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers and partners—such as couriers, restaurants, and stores—through live chat, emails, and phone calls. You will efficiently manage daily tasks in accordance with established processes and team standards, prioritize effectively, and proactively seek solutions to enhance the quality and speed of customer support. Your performance will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer satisfaction (CSAT), response time, and quality, which you will regularly analyze and develop with your Team Lead to provide the best experiences for our customers and partners.
The ideal candidate for this position is self-reliant, stress-resistant, and capable of maintaining composure in challenging situations. You should be comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks, able to keep a cool head under time pressure, and enjoy interacting with people—even when they are upset. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a young, dynamic team are essential. Additionally, you should be a quick learner, adept at multitasking, and willing to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings/nights, and weekends. Proficiency in Polish and at least a B2 level of English are required. This role is part-time, with options for 20 or 30 hours per week.
We offer an employment contract with a base salary plus bonuses for night shifts (22:00 - 6:00).
