Support Team Lead

Wolt is seeking a Support Team Lead to join our Customer Support team in Bucharest, Romania. As a rapidly growing technology company, Wolt connects customers with a wide range of local businesses through our delivery platform. The Support Team Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations between customers, courier partners, and merchants, upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

In this role, you will lead by example, fostering a customer-centric mindset within the team. Key responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members, monitoring team performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets, and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and local stakeholders will be essential to drive operational enhancements and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in customer support or customer experience, strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights, and fluency in both Romanian and English at a C1 level. Excellent communication and coaching abilities, a people-first mindset, and proficiency with technology and new systems are also required. The role demands a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
