Wolt is seeking a Support Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Budapest, Hungary. As a rapidly growing technology company operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, Wolt is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, courier partners, and merchants. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations and fostering a culture of excellence within our Support team.

As a Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a customer-facing support team. Your day-to-day activities will include providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews to ensure key performance indicators are met, and leading by example in customer interactions. You will also run team engagement initiatives such as feedback sessions and workshops, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a consistent tone and service across all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a customer-facing team and possess strong communication skills in both Hungarian and English. An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable steps is essential. A passion for mentoring and helping others grow, the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude are also key qualifications for this role.
