As a System Integrator at Helsing, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating hardware and software systems within our defense programs. Collaborating closely with industry partners, procurement agencies, and military forces, your role will be pivotal in developing complex systems that address the challenges of modern battlefields, with a particular focus on land defense systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading hardware and software integration initiatives to develop new systems tailored to customer solutions. You will develop and maintain essential test and verification documents to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Additionally, you will provide expertise on system integration within a multidisciplinary environment, recommend innovative and scalable system designs, advise stakeholders on complex technical issues, and identify and address system vulnerabilities to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in system integration or a related field, along with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in defense or security-related systems is advantageous. Strong teamwork skills, resilience, independence, and a high level of self-motivation are essential. Proficiency in analyzing and resolving problems, addressing system weaknesses, and managing dependencies is also required.

Helsing offers a focus on outcomes rather than time-tracking, competitive compensation and stock options, relocation support, social and education allowances, and regular company events to foster team cohesion across Europe.

Joining Helsing means contributing directly to the protection of democratic societies while balancing ethical and geopolitical considerations. You will work in a unique domain with challenging technical requirements, where robustness, safety, and ethical considerations are paramount. Helsing encourages proactive and diverse debate internally, promoting responsible autonomy and critical thinking among team members.
