Systems Administrator
InfoTrack US is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team in New York City. As a global leader in legal technology, InfoTrack streamlines litigation processes by integrating filing, serving, and tracking into a unified workflow. The Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for the team.
In this role, the Systems Administrator will provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining employee computers, supporting new hire onboarding, managing IT hardware inventory, and assisting with network and infrastructure support. The position requires participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and is based in the New York City office, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three office days per week.
Candidates should have over five years of professional experience in systems administration or related fields, with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area. Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, experience with cloud-based infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure), and a solid understanding of network administration are essential. Strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also required.
