Talent Acquisition Engineer, Automation & AI (x/f/m)
The Talent Acquisition Engineer, Automation & AI will play an integral role within Doctolib’s People team, driving innovative hiring processes to attract top talent in automation and artificial intelligence. Doctolib, a leading European digital health company, is rapidly expanding and this team member will be central to building out technical teams that enable further company growth. This role requires partnership with product, engineering, and AI teams to help scale recruitment for key technical positions as Doctolib continues to invest heavily in technology-driven healthcare solutions.
The main responsibilities include spearheading full-cycle recruitment for engineering and AI roles, identifying creative sourcing strategies, and using advanced tools and processes to streamline candidate pipelines. Day-to-day tasks span managing relationships with hiring managers, leveraging data-driven recruitment processes, and optimizing automation in talent acquisition workflows. The person in this position will also conduct interviews, drive employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement projects around hiring efficiency and quality.
Candidates should have significant experience in technical recruiting, ideally with a focus on automation, software engineering, or artificial intelligence. Key skills include a strong understanding of the tech talent market, expertise with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems, and a knack for building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with the European tech ecosystem is a strong asset.
