Talent Acquisition Partner
AlphaSense is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across high-impact teams, including Finance & Accounting, People, Marketing, Content, Security & IT, and Data & Analytics. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong, consistent hiring outcomes. You will manage multiple searches simultaneously, proactively source talent, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from kickoff through offer acceptance. We’re looking for a thoughtful, execution-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and takes pride in delivering quality hires. You will join a high-performing team and play a key role in helping AlphaSense scale while continuously improving our hiring processes and candidate experience. We are open to remote, Hybrid, or In-Person workers, but prefer someone in the greater NYC area due to occasional travel to our NYC HQ in Hudson Yards.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, from intake to offer negotiation and acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success criteria, and align on a hiring strategy. Proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent through strategic outbound efforts will be a key aspect of your role. Managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining organization and urgency is essential. You will drive structured, consistent interview processes in partnership with hiring teams, providing guidance on interview best practices and candidate evaluation. Collaborating with the coordination team to ensure a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience is also part of your responsibilities. Maintaining clear, proactive communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders is crucial. Leveraging recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and decision-making, maintaining accurate and up-to-date ATS data, and generating reports to track progress against hiring goals are important tasks. Championing inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias in process design is expected. Collaborating with People Business Partners and Compensation on leveling and offer strategy, and contributing to TA team initiatives such as interview training, documentation improvements, and process enhancements are also part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Experience recruiting across one or more of the following areas: Finance, People, Marketing, Operations, IT, Security, Content, or similar functions is desired. Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive talent are important. The ability to independently manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and attention to detail is essential. Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to keeping stakeholders aligned and informed, are required. Comfort navigating ambiguity, evolving role scopes, and shifting business priorities is necessary. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively are important. Experience using recruiting systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Brighthire, Workday, etc.) is expected. A commitment to delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience is crucial. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition are also desired.
