Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Helsing, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering teams by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Helsing is a defense AI company dedicated to protecting democracies through technological leadership, enabling open societies to make sovereign decisions and uphold ethical standards. Our mission-driven team comprises engineers, AI specialists, and program managers committed to solving complex and impactful problems.
In this role, you will develop and execute hiring strategies to ensure the recruitment of high-quality candidates efficiently. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will design and implement best-in-class interview processes, job designs, and engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates for various engineering roles, taking full ownership of delivering hires for priority positions, utilizing data to enhance hiring efficiencies, and representing Helsing at events to promote our employer brand.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for fast-scaling organizations within the technology and/or defense industries. You should be comfortable managing a wide spectrum of roles and skilled in proactive sourcing methods, demonstrating innovative approaches when necessary. Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential, along with the ability to positively influence hiring stakeholders on job design, interview processes, and hiring strategies.
