The Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Hut 8 is responsible for transforming the hiring process into a scalable, high-performance program. This role focuses on process optimization, employer branding, and strategic partnerships to ensure a standardized and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Key responsibilities include designing uniform interview stages, mapping competencies to assessment topics, and certifying interviewers to ensure unbiased, high-quality hiring decisions. The Program Manager will also refresh the global employer brand across platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed, automate internal workflows through tools such as Slack and Rippling, and develop internship programs by building relationships with universities and designing department-specific capstone projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing standardized interview processes and mapping competencies to assessments. Experience in auditing and enhancing employer branding materials, managing third-party recruitment spend, and automating recruitment workflows is essential. Additionally, experience in developing early career programs and a focus on enhancing the candidate experience are highly valued.
