Talent Acquisition Specialist

WPP Media is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As part of WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, we integrate media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of helping clients navigate change and achieve transformational growth.

In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling job descriptions, proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Additionally, you will oversee the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for creative, media, or PR agencies is advantageous. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with Portuguese employment law and fluency in English are also required.
