Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at WPP Media is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to extending job offers. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements, creating compelling job descriptions optimized for various platforms, proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, efficiently screening resumes, conducting initial assessments, managing the candidate pipeline, conducting interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, managing the offer process, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and reporting, and staying current on industry best practices and talent acquisition trends.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for creative, media, or PR agencies is a plus. Proven experience using an ATS, strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitments concurrently, familiarity with Portuguese employment law and regulations, and fluency in English are also required.
