Talent Operations Coordinator - 12 month FTC
Helsing, a defense AI company dedicated to protecting democracies through technological leadership, is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is integral to the People & HR Operations team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process to support the company's mission.
The Talent Operations Coordinator will manage high-volume, complex scheduling for virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones using Applicant Tracking Systems and automated scheduling tools. They will serve as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive interview experience, and maintain accurate data and documentation across internal systems. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Talent Acquisition to implement measurable improvements to scheduling workflows and generating reports to assess the speed and effectiveness of interviewing pipelines.
Candidates should have experience supporting a scaling, high-volume talent acquisition function with a focus on operational execution. Clear communication skills are essential, along with exceptional organizational abilities, particularly in managing complex scheduling and system data. Proficiency in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems to increase team efficiency and a proactive approach to improving operational workflows are also required. The ability to adapt to change and maintain confidentiality in a scaling environment is crucial.
