- Owning a portfolio of 4–6 live roles at any time. End to end - intake, search strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer and close.

- Partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions. One week you might be running a Staff Engineer search, the next a product hire, the next a senior Finance role.

- Running structured intake sessions that turn briefs into sharp search strategies.

- Driving candidate experience that reflects how Primer actually works - fast, honest, considered. No silence, no ghosting, no generic comms.

- Calibrating with hiring managers throughout the search and shifting strategy when needed.
