The Tax Compliance & Business Advisory Senior Manager at Wellhub will lead tax compliance, advisory, and business integration across multiple European jurisdictions. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Business teams to support growth while ensuring compliant and scalable operations. The position is integral to driving tax strategy across the region, supporting market expansion, product launches, and restructuring initiatives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing multi-country European tax compliance, such as VAT, WHT, DST, and local filings. The role involves managing external advisors and BPO providers to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables. Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the business to ensure proactive compliance is also essential. Additionally, the position supports audits and tax inquiries, managing risks and ensuring proper documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support tax implementations related to new country expansion, product launches, and restructuring initiatives is a significant aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate is a business-oriented tax professional with at least 8 years of experience in tax, preferably within multinational environments. Strong expertise in European VAT and multi-country tax compliance frameworks is required. The candidate should be a collaborative partner with proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Business teams. A proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive practical solutions is essential. Strategic thinking with experience supporting business growth, market expansion, and operational initiatives is also important.
