Tax Technology Manager

Wolt is seeking a Tax Technology Manager to support its expanding operations across EMEA and beyond. This role bridges tax, technology, and data, ensuring that systems and processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tax-related technology solutions and integrate tax requirements into business systems.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of tax technology solutions to comply with evolving legislation, representing the Tax function in engineering and finance initiatives, and partnering with vendors and internal teams to maintain compliance tools. The role also involves supporting data governance, standardizing tax processes across regions, and identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of indirect tax regulations, particularly VAT and e-invoicing within the EMEA region. Experience with commercial tax engines and a proven track record in optimizing tax technology solutions in a multinational environment are essential. Familiarity with data flows, project management experience, and excellent communication skills are also required.
