Team Lead Partner Operations, Germany

Wolt is seeking a Team Lead for Partner Operations in Germany to oversee a team of six specialists dedicated to supporting restaurant partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and reliable day-to-day operations, contributing to Wolt's mission of bringing joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighborhoods.

The Team Lead will manage high-volume support tickets, monitor team performance against key performance indicators, and ensure service level agreements and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include scheduling, task prioritization, and collaborating with Restaurant and Global Support teams to enhance workflows. Additionally, the role involves recruiting, onboarding, and coaching team members, as well as identifying opportunities to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Candidates should have over three years of experience leading operations or customer support teams, with a proven ability to manage structured workflows and junior team members. Strong prioritization and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities in both German and English. Experience with tools like Intercom or Zendesk is advantageous, and familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker or Power BI is a plus. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
